We are Three Poni* Cinematics [*pronounced like pony!]
Three Poni Cinematics is a CA based production house dedicated to supporting creative productions involving equines, equestrian iconography, and classical western & english settings.
The horse has been an essential figure in cinema since its beginnings, but are difficult to source in the modern day. Three Poni bridges the gap between entertainment & equestrian to bring authenticity, creativity, and a touch of cowboy magic to every movie set.
Meet the Cowgirl in Charge.
Terese Chiara combined her passion and education within entertainment and equestrian to create Three Poni Cinematics in 2025.
Terese’s lifelong love for film was taken beyond the classroom after earning her BFA in Creative Producing from Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film & Media Arts in 2024. During and after her time there, she produced numerous award-winning short films and worked for impactful industry voices such as Crunchyroll, Anarchists United, and Evoke Entertainment.
Alongside that, she is a professional showjumping athlete affiliated with USA Jumping and the USHJA. Throughout her 13+ years of riding, she has gained immense knowledge and skill in showjumping, dressage, western ranch & trail, and horsemanship. Her blossoming professional career has brought her to work alongside olympian Karl Cook, train numerous young horses into highly accoladed jumpers, and ride for some of the world’s top equestrians including Joe Fargis, Andrea Correll,Archie Cox, and Nancy Frost - all before age 23.
Terese is currently based at Sapphire Ridge in Los Angeles, where she rides and assistant trains.
